Hello again! I’m in Bhopal this weekend (10-11 Oct 2026) for another edition of the Bookaroo Children’s Literature Festival 2026. I’ll also be running two workshops – one on playwriting and one on poetry writing – for young people:
Let’s Write A Play!
Date: Sat, 10 Oct 2026
Time: 12.45pm to 1.30pm
Venue: Auditorium, Bharat Bhavan
What makes a scene come alive? Join playwright Laremy Lee, dream up characters, stir up some drama, write your own scene and bring it to life on stage!
Can You Write What You Can’t See?
Date: Sun, 11 Oct 2026
Time: 11.30am to 12.15pm
Venue: Auditorium, Bharat Bhavan
Poetry helps give a voice to all those thoughts and feelings hiding inside. Bring the invisible to life and turn what you can’t see into a poem with a little help from poet Laremy Lee!
Please swing by Bharat Bhavan to say hi if you’re around or drop me a line if you’d like to connect while I’m here. You can also find the full programme and festival details on the Bookaroo website.
See you then!
