Have you heard about the world’s best pancake recipe?

Well, I don’t know if the recipe really is the best in the world, but I’ve been using it (with modifications) for a couple of Sundays now, and it seems to work alright.

No pictures, unfortunately, but you may, if you wish, check out these awesome Japanese pancakes when you have the time.
